2020 was filled with changes to the workplace and the way we work was challenged several ways. The job market changed drastically – with most jobs trying to go as remote as they could. The Future Workforce Report1 found remote work will continue through 2021 and the number of remote workers is expected to nearly double in the next five years. This means people and job skills also must be adapted and how we recruit, onboard, and manage is getting a full transformation. Technology is being used in full force to achieve all this effectively and efficiently.
